We do not offer refunds at all unless duplicate purchases on the same SL day. If you have received defective item by mistake, please contact a member of management or the owner by note card. IN the note card describe the issue in length and include your transaction info. You will receive the item you bought in working condition. Same for duplicate purchases.

want to do a Route 84 Customs Choppers Sponsorships for your Club Events well if your a Club Owner you would need to Contact the Manager or the Owner to get the Parts, Gift Cards, or products that will be sent as part of the sponsorship your locations logo will also be placed at the at Route 84 Customs Choppers Main Store to help and Promote your Club all round Second Life.

* Store Route 84 Customs - Affiliate Vendors System *
if you want a Store on your Sim / Club well since 2018 we No Longer Sell the Affiliate Vendors Program. you would need to contact the Owner of Route 84 Customs Choppers and he would ask you questions about the Store being put at your sim, and all the Items would be rezzed by the Route 84 Customs Choppers Bot.

* Store Discounts *
All Route 84 Customs group members receive a 10% discount on every item in the store (In World ONLY). You must be wearing your Route 84 Customs Choppers tag before making your purchase. Then you will be able to use the lower purchase price.

As of 2018 we decided in Route 84 Customs Management to have temp rezzes at the Main Store if you guys dont know where it is at please Contact the Owner of Route 84 Customs Choppers but we would rather you send a Notecard because my IM's gets Capped. We Do Not Do Script Demos for a Few Reasons

* Having Problems seeing Mesh? *
If you are having trouble seeing the mesh parts check the LOD in your Preferences Graphics menu. The Objects & Sculpts LOD must be at 4.000 which is as high as it will go to see mesh properly. Make sure your viewer is a mesh enabled viewer as well.
